The ski area Plan de Corones has 30 ropeway installations (14 cable car lifts, 8 chair lifts, 8 T-bar lifts) with a transport capacity of 56.050 people/h and 90 km of ski tracks on gentle slopes.Moreover Alta Badia and Plan de Corones are parts of the "Dolomiti Superski", the biggest skiing resort in the world : 450 ropeway installations, 1220 km ski-runs, a transport capacity of 620.000 people per hour.Some of the main and most central chair-lifts etc. in Alta Badia operate in the summer too so that the numerous walkers and climbers can reach more easily the mountain refuges and starting bases for countless excursions in the Dolomites.
