Winter sports: Paganella Plateau
Paganella Ski AreaA ski lovers destination since the beginning of the century, today Paganella offers an avant-garde ski resort. Modern and equipped with comfortable and quick ski lifts, the area also provides for excellent artificial snow.
Downhill Slopes The ski slopes are found on the north-western slope of Paganella at 2125 meters from the summit and diving into the bright-green, fir forests among winding, wide and groomed trails (always well covered with snow) until reaching the town centers of Andalo towards the west and Fai della Paganella towards the north. One thing worth mentioning is the famous “3-Tre”, a ski slope that has hosted legendary champions of caliber such as Zeno Colò and Celina Seghi. Over 40 years ago these two celebrity figures gave birth to the famous World Cup competition on the slopes of Fai della Paganella. For 50 km expert or novice skiers, enthusiasts of telemarking, carving, or snowboarding can find ideal terrains to enjoy the sensations and emotions that only snow sports can offer.
Cross-country Skiing The high plateau offers ideal terrain for practicing cross-country skiing. The tracks at Fai della Paganella and Andalo spread over a 12 km range alternating between woods and open pastures thus providing an encounter with the uncontaminated nature of the Brenta Dolomites.
